You Need to Provide to Marysville Little League Prior to Reservation:
1. Rental Application
2. Cedar Field Rental Agreement
3. Sublease Agreement (lineout INSERT, and replace with your organization)
4. Your Teams Liability Insurance Information
* Teams are not allowed to play at Cedar without all 3 documents.
* Teams only need to submit once, further reservations for the year can just be emailed to League President
*LIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST, with an additional hourly charge
Additional Items:
1. Teams' liability Insurance, the City of Marysville Requires the following added:
"We have to have the certificate (First Page) as well as the “additional insured” document (Page 4) with the exact language as follows: The City of Marysville, its officers, agents, employees and elected officials” listed as additional insured.
2. Rental Application, Cedar field Rental Agreement and Sublease Agreement along with your insurance only need to be filled out once. After the initial rental all rentals going forward can just be coordinated with MLL via email.
3. Payments preferred to be done via Check and payable to ‘Marysville Little League’. We do have the ability to accept payment via our Square Device but will need to be made aware in advance so we can set up the meetup.
*Field Charge is $25/hr. (In District), $30/hr. (Out of District) .... Light Fees are Additional $10/Hour
Check Payments can be done via a couple of ways.
1. Mail to PO Box 848 Marysville WA 98270
2. Drop in Key Box attached to Gate
3. Drop in Secure Box attached to wall inside of Score Booth
4. Provide to MLL representative at the field if available
*Payments need to be made within 30 days of Rental. (Lack of Payment results in revoke of your rental Privileges to Cedar Field.)
Opening and closing of the building is done with a key that is at the field. The key can be found at the top of the stairs in a Key box. <Code> will be given close to the rental date by a MLL contact.
The key Does Opens:
- All Field and Bullpen locks
- Score booth "Opens Gate and Door."
- Bathrooms
The Key Does Not Open:
- Concessions
- MLL Board Meeting Room
- Facility Lockers or Maintenance Doors
