2026 Volunteer Policy - To Be Determined

 

Update as of 9/14/2025:

All 2024-2025 opt-out refund requests received via the Opt-out Refund Request Form have been processed.

If you placed your request via email and have not received your refund:

1) Complete the form, and;
2) Email us at [email protected]

We do not receive automatic notification of your requests; this program has now ended and our intent is to close out all requested received no later than December 31, 2025.

2025 OPT-OUT and VOLUNTEER POLICY


All ROOKIES & UPPER DIVISION PLAYERS will be charged a $30 'Opt-Out Fee' at the time of registration. One fee will be assessed per family. In order to receive a refund of this fee, you must complete one of the following volunteer assignments by or before the end of the current season.

  • Head Coach/Manager
  • Assistant Coach
  • Umpire (2 Games Per Season)
  • Concessions (2 Games Per Season)
  • Field Maintenance / Clean Up Day (Must Attend for 4 Hours)
  • Board Member (2025 Season)
To request a refund of your Opt-Out Payment, please COMPLETE THE OPT-OUT REFUND REQUEST FORM and allow 10 business days for your request to be reviewed and refund issued.
